I was thinking about

you should apply load to the front wheel :
the front of the front wheel (like pushing for toe in)
the rear of the front wheel (like pushing for toe out)

I apply load on tyre itself or do a tools to apply load on the wheel

I try to find how looks like the load bar (a picture) and found nothing

As I interpret the Mercedes document, I think that the front wheels should have a spread load (ie, forward half of wheel load outwards) during set-up as would be experienced under front wheel drag loads during driving and braking.

The rear wheels are set under zero load condition. (Engine Acceleration loads are inwards and braking loads are outwards).
