I remember quite a few sites where people claimed they will be making C36 AMG crossover intake pipes from carbon fiber. There used to be a German site that offered an aluminium one as well.

I cannot find these places anymore. My intake pipe has ruined mounting points. It twists and breaks the breather seals quickly. Getting a new intake pipe is not really a solution ($$$).

Do you know of anyone offering this intake tubes apart from the pricey ebay item:
