C32 AMG Wheels and Suspension: Will it fit my C240 4Matic?

My brother in-law is selling me his C32 AMG suspension and wheels. These should fit my C240 4Matic without any modification right?

I agree...

wheels for sure.

Suspension I'm not too sure...

the 4matics have slightly more ground clearance than the regular RWD C-classes, and certain things, due to the 4matic system, might be different. While the wheels fit, the suspension, especially for the front, is iffy.
