hey people i have taken chrome strips and placed them on my grille, adn it is fully covered in chrome, the air passages are covered mostly, but air can still pass through. does this damage the engine in anyway or overheat it? or is it not a big problem? later

A photo would help so that we can understand exactly what you did. I can say that I personally wouldn't do anything that restricts airflow to the cooling system or engine. Have you noticed any increase in coolant temp or decrease in engine performance?

It looks good. Based on your initial post, I was expecting something more drastic. Again, I wouldn't do it but that's me. I would say that as long as you haven't noticed a difference in operating temp, a reduction in engine performance, or a decrease in gas mileage - you should be fine.
