2002 c240 sedan, after starting and driving, sometimes if I put it in Park then put it back into gear - nothing happens, I cannot go anywhere, the only solution it to turn it off and back on and then I'm fine I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this and what they think (dealer service aside) I bet it has to do with electric transmission

I'm having the similar problem now,
only mine is mixing oil and water ,recently took it to a mechanic who suggested a coolant flush then it worked fine for few km then back to mixing again.....would really wanna get to the bottom of this issue

If coolant and transmission fluid are mixing, then you have a defective radiator. The Valeo radiator used in early W203's was known to leak internally like this. Until you replace the radiator, you will continue to have this issue. Once you do replace the radiator, You should do a filter change and flush on the transmission to clean out any coolant still in it.
