Have viewed a while but just joined.
My 97 C230 sounds like a diesel. I limited it to the tensioner pulley bearing. I have a new pulley but can't seam to figure out how to remove the old one. The small "reverse torx" bolt on the pulley reduces the tension but what do you remove to get the pulley out? The shock is okay(I think) so just need to swap the pulley and belt.
