I have a 2006 C230 Sport it has a flashing check engine light when I start up the car but stays steady after about a minute or so. It smells like rotten eggs sometimes but I can smell the raw gas. The car also shakes when idling but goes away when revving it up and before this issue happened the car RPM’s would go down to almost 500 when stopped in drive or reverse but would go back up to about 750 when in park. I put it on a code reader and one side is running rich and the other is running lean. One of the upstream O2 sensors is reading 2.4 and the only codes coming up are almost all my cylinders are having a misfire. The codes before all this were a misfire in cylinder 1, P2015, P0016 and P0017. I changed two camshaft position sensors recently, all coils (after the problem) and all spark plugs. The car runs but wants to die when I start driving it. I also went to change a camshaft magnet and it felt like it made my car worse so I put the original one back on and it drove just fine after that. But then after that one time it drove well I started having all these problems. When I started to have all these problems I was at a stop light and the car didn’t wanna accelerate much and the check engine flashed then and I barely made it back home.
