Can someone give me some insight into pulling the steering column? I need to get to the esl to repair/replace that sucker, but can't get the steering column out from under the dash. Wife is almost ready to make me buy her a new e coupe if I can't get this one back on the road soon. A good how to will save me $70k, so I'll be unendingly grateful.

Wowzers... Thank you very much for your help! I didn't remove the instrument cluster, so it wouldn't lift out. This is very much appreciated, sir!
