Hi all,
i bought the smaller kompressor pulley and i plan to install it in around 2 months while i do a head gasket and timing chain change my question is, will the car adapt to the change or i need to do something? I heard about the maf clamping and colder sparks do these things need to happen as well ?

the engine is the m111.955
kompressor m45

If you don't have a larger crankshaft pulley combined, you must not do anything. When you remove the pulley, you can check the snout bearings and probably replace them too. They get damaged first especially with low oil level. And, replace the plastic coupler.

thank you for the answer , i plan to rebuild it completely new bearings new coupler new oil ,is it hard to remove the original pulley ? are there any videos on YouTube that helped you on the disassembly or the fitting of the new pulley?

I used a big bearing separator and a shop press, but you can use a big 3 jaw puller and propane torch to heat it up.
(easier way would have been to buy a low km M45 from a 230K with the silver pulley) Don't know any good video.
I would only rebuilt the rear bearings if they have so much play that the rotors get in touch. And leave the bearings under the rotor gears as they are. It is easy to destroy the housing at removal and also very hard to press them back on at the right position. The snout bearings are standard size, you can buy them "everywhere". The rear bearing is a special INA bearing only available in USA (or some EU resellers for more money than ordering in USA directly).
