I got a second-hand Benz C200 CGI 2011 with 171600 km already recently.

Here are the problems:

1. The engine light was on, and the fault code is p001762( The position of the exhaust camshaft (cylinder bank 1) is implausible in comparison with the position of the crankshaft. )

2. Vibration at idle. During the first ten minutes of using the car in a day, it sometimes vibrates at idle until the water temperature reaches 90 degrees. And when I do a kick down or an acceleration quickly, the car also vibrates.

For the fault code P001762 and the vibration, I wanna fix those problems, the price of the Benz official timing kit with 100% genuine is so high that I decided to buy the timing kit and the motor mount online from an unknown store(see the picture below).

After the mechanic changed all three motor mounts, the vibration problem at idle still exists.

The problem, when the car vibrates at acceleration, was due to misfiring, the mechanic said there was one ignition coil that didn't work, and we got that malfunctioning ignition coil replaced, and finally, there were no vibrations during acceleration.

For the timing kit I bought from an unknown store, the mechanic used them to replace the timing kit on my car, after the installation, there was a huge noise occurring from the timing area, and the mechanic said the timing gears I bought were fake, and he recommended that I return those two gears(One for inhale, the other one for exhale, the price is 1200RMB Per Gear) to the place where I bought from. The mechanic said he would use the third-party brand gears from their current suppliers which are cheaper (the price is 500RMB Per Gear). I had no choice here, so I did as the mechanic told me to. The result didn't seem good, now the engine light was still on, and the car vibrated more frequently at idle when the water temperature didn't reach 90 degrees. When the car was vibrating at idle, I switched to the "N" to weaken the vibration effect and it was useless actually, it only weakened a little of the vibration.

I don't know what to do now.
