Hi, my 94 C180 took a hit near refueling door and now leaks fuel. I have located the leak to the filler neck connecting to tank and it only leaks when you turn ignition to 2. There is pretty bad visibility around the area so I wanted to ask if someone could help. What do I need to do to stop the leak? There is a video of the leak.

A new fuel filler neck assembly would be the proper way to fix it. In third world countries without access to parts, I'm assuming they would remove it and use a fuel resistant sealant epoxy or sealer to seal wherever it is cracked.
