Hi there, I have a 1997 C180, my issue is that the car on start up is running rough, and makes this noise which to me sounds like it is running on 3 cylinders.
I need to give the car more throttle than normal to accelerate when this occurs (an intermittant problem too). I often have to push the accelerator right down to the floor to take off at a reasonable rate.
I have had plugs changed, MAF (new by a Benz dealer), spark plug surpressors (the black platic tube like things that go above the spark plugs).
Anyone like to suggest a possible cause/fix?
