Hi
Need some help with wiring Intech alarmsystem with remote start on my C180 Elegance with automatic trans.1995 model.
Got the alarm working, but not the remote start. The starter engage but it seem's like the immobliser kick's in and the motor wan't start. I got an bypass modul that should help with this, but i'm not shure how to get this to work.
Anyone with good idea's? Thanks ahead:bowdown:

Hi!
I now got the remote start to work.(when the doors are unlooked anyway:) )
The last problem is to get the system to work with the original central locking system.
The installation guide tell me to cut and connect with the main wire going from inner pneumatic lock host and central control switch. Anyone know what wire this is?

How did you bypass the factory alarm when remote starting. Iv had my alarm installed for awhile in my C36 but the only way I could find would be to run my lock/unlock wires to the rear control unit bypassing the alarm under the passenger foot compartment.

As I Know ... It Was IFZ system and Interlock to PMS the ECU :)
via C.A.N. Signal ...

To Release to Code ... You Still Need To Unlock The IFZ system
The Rearview Mirror ... GREEN light On ... All Door Unlocked

Otherwise ... The Engine won't Be Started ...:crybaby2:

probably ... Not The ECU Faults ...
It Can Be ... Due To The Current Supply To ECU or Something else ...

i thought there are no imobilizers for MB
also do I really can control doors through the CAN bus on '97 model? There few controllers for '00-09 years of C-Class

If all goes wrong I can send door ublock signal then loch the doors from inside then start the engine... but it still is unsafe as there is no alarm... well we can put indepandant alarm ... but then i have to bare 3 keychains to get into the car
