C Pillar which models did it affect?

Which models did the c pillar problem affect? Was it ever fixed in some models.

C pillar rub?

I never had it on my 98. One of the fixes was to wear/cut out a bit of the trunk interior plastic that rubs the C pillar. But I never saw such 'cutting' on my car. Maybe the interior plastic housing was fitted lower down or something... ?
