Out of curiousity what are all the switches/buttons that would go in the center console (i.e. on either side of the red, triangle, "flashers" button)? It seems that no matter how "loaded" the car is, all of these buttons are not used. I cant figure out what other options would fill these.....?!?

I am very simple person, and yes all bottons confuse me. So, when I went to a dealership to ask to find a car which excludes all options but a few necessity thing me to drive. It was very hard to find that car! LOL

i mean the empty "spacers" what goes there? seems that there are not enough options that fill all of these???

they are used for heated seats, parktronic, door locks, rear sunshade, rear headrests, tow and esp i believe...

But you make a good point. There are 16 buttons there and even on the photo posted only 10 of them are in use.

That is a movement sensor inside the cabin (not available in the US)

The rest of the spaces are not used in the C-Class.

Vented seats were never offered as optional in the C-Class but as Sunman has shown it can be done.

That leaves another 4 buttons for future expansion.
