It is not a "bolt on" installation. To match the C-Class grill, you have to cut it off the hood and weld it onto the W201 hood, then blend and paint. There are SEC/SLC grill frames that bolt on, but if you check the tapering hoodlines, they don't hit the edge of the grill frame.
