I purchased it through my local dealer, Phoenix Motors, and took delivery on the tourist program so I would have a car to drive while on a European vacation. I have two other MB's and don't need the C320 at this time. <p>

That's price is exactly what you paid for the car (give or take a hundred or two), including taxes and registration, and the car has 1400 miles. How much would Phoenix Motor Company (or Schummacher European) give you for it?
