At low speeds, there is a valve on the firewall. This cuts off the Turbo Boost until the car comes up to speed. The change takes a screwdriver and 5 minutes.
There is a clear air line that runs from your Turbo --> valve --> Injection Pump. You will find it next to your brake booster with a wire feeding to it. Simply connect the two lines together, bypassing the valve. This will NOT hurt the engine in any way. It tells the fuel injector that the cylinders have additional turbo pressure; give me more fuel!
On many people's cars this valve has been broken for years, and they have not been getting any additional power from the Turbo. If the Power is too much for you handle (yea right), you can always re-connect the valve. One run around the block and you will be jumping in joy.

Let me know your results....
