I have the new headlights a lot of us bought on here (They look amazing!). I finally got around to rewiring so the high beams work and it worked great for about 3 days. The relay 'box' on the harness is now making a buzzing sound and vibrating. I double checked the wiring... it is correct. I even swapped the whole harness with the other side. It works great on the other side. The one I took from the R side (no buzzing when on the R side), buzzes when connected to the L assembly. I changed my bulb and the corresponding fuses from the box next to the steering wheel. Any suggestions before I have to take it in? Thanks!!!

Check for low voltages (No HIDs I assume - don't check those - 25kV hurts and will blow your meter to smithereens). Could be a dirty connector or bad joint causing voltage drop under load current. Clean all plugs/sockets.
