I was horrified to find earlier that the oil level in my car was below the MIN level on the dipstick. In fact, no oil was showing up at all on the dipstick and the cars oil light has been coming on. I added three quarts and filled it to the proper level but about 10 minutes later I found a giant puddle of oil under the car. Drove the car around for a while, came back and yet another giant puddle formed.

It seems to be dripping under the front passenger side but it's hard to tell definitely. There were also a few small drips from what looked to be coming from the rear main seal. It's so bad that by later tomorrow the oil light will probably be back on again. I'm going to bring it to my mechanic but wondering if anyone here has had something like this happen. I was thinking it could be the oil level sender seal but I know there are multiple leak points on the M103.

The immediate top of the engine does not seem to have much oil anywhere. Seems to be leaking under the front just to the passenger side a bit. Considering how quick it leaks and how much it leaks I am not quite sure where it could be coming from but timing chain cover seems highly likely.

I can't think of anything on that side leaking oil other than, valve cover, head gasket, cracked block, cracked head, seals, cracked pan or gasket related, other side has the oil filter, maybe its loose or has a hole in it? can you see under there? back middle or front of engine?

Well, there was a lot of fresh oil (as in the oil I just poured in) alongside the passenger side of the engine. Seems to be leaking from under that area. The leak drip area is to the immediate left (if you cut the car in half down the middle) under the engine probably about midway back or so. This could be leaking from various locations if not more than one.

There is no oil at the top of the engine but below the exhaust manifold and around there is where there was a lot of oil residue along the sides of the block

If you've had no oil leaks prior and all of a sudden your losing copious amounts I would ck pan for sm hole or crack. Get underneath clean area well, maintain oil level, with that much oil leaking it shouldn't be hard to find the location. Do you still have the lower eng/oil pan cover in place? If so need to remove to get a good look underneath.
