If you can't find a good used one, take your cluster to a shop that makes things out of Lexan. See if they can make you a new face using Lexan. I'll bet they can.
Broken Instrument Cluster Glass
Does anyone know of where I can get a replacement instrument cluster glass for my 93 SL600? Or does anyone have a dead cluster that wants to sell?

I just checked the MB Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC-net Online) for my SL and a separate glass is not listed. If it does exist as a separate part, I'd recommend going to the dealer to see if they can special order it for you.
