I've been offered a set of Brembo four piston front brake calipers from a 2005 Subaru STI. The hole center to center span is 155mm. Would anyone happen to know if I can fit these without a major build? I've never done anything like this, but they look very much like the Brembo/AMG calipers from a 36 AMG.

I searched the Brembo site for a while and tried to cross-compare the C36 and STi full kit. Both have the caliper model marked as "family_B" and all other part numbers (rotors, pads, hoses) differ. Is it possible that the caliper body is the same for a wider range of cars?
I'm being offered just the calipers ready for paint with new rubber parts.

I don't know the answer to your question, but one thing to keep in mind is that those large calipers are probably not going to fit under your stock rims. You'll have to get larger rims and tires so that they'll fit. You might need 17's for the application.
