1991 190E with 180K miles. When the car warms up the calipers bind against the rotors and cause resistance (cannot turn wheels by hand). When it cools down calipers release. Additionally, the car shakes at 70mph. Im thinking that it is cause by the brakes binding as the steering box, supension, and wheel bearings are all tight. There is enough fluid in the master cylinder. Could it be an ABS problem or brake hoses collapsing???? Can anyone help???
