Can someone please tell me what this “blue slime” is that was in the rear portion of my car’s brake fluid reservoir ? It was also found in the master cylinder. My car is a W126.

Looks like some other substance was put in the brake fluid tank to me .

Maybe they thought it was the windshield washer tank
