Brake pad retaining clip

I recently replaced my front brake pads, and lost one of the brake pad retaining clips. (It is the first thing that comes off, and the last thing that goes back on each side.) I can't find it for sale anywhere. Does anyone have a part number or other guidance to help me find one? The one on the other wheel is stamped "ATE 133" but I don't find anything when I google that.

I have the same issue, but its my left rear clip that went off. I might have lost it on the road. Now I hear clicking from the pads while I roll. Where can I buy one retaining clip of brake pads?

Car: C220 1996 (Polar White)
