My reservoir has had a slow leak from the rubber grommets between the reservoir and master cylinder for a while now. Due to lack of funds, I haven't had my shop make the repair...and, they were all too excited to charge $$$ for the job. I'm now able to at least tackle the job, but do I need to replace the master cylinder? Or, would I just need to replace the rubber grommets? Suggestions are much appreciated.

Just replace the grommets and see if that stops it- it likely will. Couple of bucks and pretty easy.

Thanks! That's kinda what I thought. At least it would be the best first step, I guess. I just hate when shops are too eager to tell you that you need all this work done when you may not.
