I would suggest bleeding the brake system soon. If you have air in the system, it may be "masking" a leak temporarily. You do NOT want to have any questions about the condition of your brake system. There could be a loose bleeder fitting, a loose or leaking hose, or a leaking caliper.
Brakes are a fairly simple, easy to work on system, for the most part. Things may get a bit messy, but if you wear nitrile gloves and keep plenty of papre shop towels handy, you should keep the damage to a minimum.
The parts are usually not terribly expensive, except for boosters. While the calipers and master cylinders can be a little pricey, the hoses, pads, etc... are usually quite reasonable if you shop around a bit.
