IIRC the cable splits somewhere under the rear seat - I think thats where you access it, by pulling the bench seat out and the carpet/covers back.
It may be possible to rethread your new one simply by pulling it through on string, although I'm guessing as its not a job I've had to do.

If you do not get an answer here. (This is what I do) Go to the dealer and play dumb. Ask how much the job will cost, and if they can do it in an hour, if they say that it will take munch longer (and they will) ask them what needs to be done.:thumbsup:
