YEs - the 3 digit codes across the top are option codes. The 571H code is your paint colour code. The 108068 refers to your model and engine code (280SEL 4.5?). normally the following numbers are part of the vehicles VIN, and relates to RHD/LHD, then Auto/Manual, then a production number (eg. first car produced would be 000001), but I'm not sure what your bottom row refers to.
Option codes:
246- rear glass with heat (defroster);
466- central locking;
491- US version;
513- Becker radio (mine is 515 which is the Europa AM/FM radio);
589- A/C and power windows, front & rear.
You can likely find the color name of 571H if you go to 'paintscratch.com' & enter your model year.
