Sounds like the work of the dreaded ZF pump gremlin that lives beneath the back seat in all S class's. Post more detail on what other accessories have failed (if any) there maybe hope
things to check for
Lumbar support of both front seats
Rear Headrests
Central locking
Parking aides (for those of us with pre '96 cars - wont apply to you though Amo)
The trunk handle has its own connection with dedicated relay. It uses the black vacuum line going into the pump. Hopefully its something as simple as a vacuum leak along the hose either at the pump or by the eject mechanism in the boot lid itself.
I hope you paid for a warrantee Amo when you purchased your car, these pumps are horrifically expensive, and a nightmare to get hold of in the UK.
