I have a hole that needs to be filled on my hood and fenders previous owner had some stupid accessories so I need to fill the holes now which one is good ?

neither. aluminum hood or steal? can you post photos?
Aluminum hood. Previous owner drilled 2 1/16 holes for a hood scoop.

Sorry - are the holes just 1/16" diameter? Or are they 2-1/16" diameter.
If only 1/16" you could use some JB-Weld or one of the Permatex products. (which seem to be a similar product to JB-Weld).
Another option, would be to tap the hole and put in a small aluminum screw from inside, then grind/sand it flush, prime and paint.
