Hi all:

Love my 02 430.

Just wondering; is there a suspension mod that will reduce body roll that is not crazy expensive?

Love to take the ramps a bit faster.

Howard
I've got the AMG suspension installed on my E430 - makes a HUGE difference. I've owned both a stock E430 and this one. It sits lower and is much tighter. Body roll is significantly reduced. I'm also using 17" rims from a W211 E500 and Michelin Pilot Sport tires.

The tradeoff, as Kajtek1 mentioned, is you will feel every single road bump. Car will also track a bit more. Suspension will wear faster.

But the off/onramps are definitely much more fun...:D

Cheapest starting point would be stiffer shocks. Then springs. You'd need an alignment as well.

IMHO, Mercedes made this model (E430) a little too Sunday golf trip-ish, if you know what I mean. It needs to be somewhere between stock and say a BMW 540i. Which the suspension upgrade will do (springs and shocks). The E430 initially came with 16" rims, which is also kind of a joke. Glad they quickly upgraded that aspect in 2000.
