Just picked up a 2010 ML350. Really like it, but I’m struggling with the Bluetooth. Every time I make a call after 2-3 minutes I’m not be able to hear the person I’m talking with. They can hear me fine but I can’t hear a them. Has anyone experienced this? I’ve tried it with 2 different phones and get the same result.

I’m thinking the solution is a new head unit, but I would go with aftermarket. I’ve read the thread on the Arvin unit. Is that still the best for seamless integration? I don’t have the HK package or even a backup camera.

Do you have another BT device in the car, like an adapter for playing music? I have seen that problem wiht the CarPro adapter.

I assume you've gone through all the usual steps of un-pairing and deleting and re-pairing? Another thing to try - don't sync your phone book. That can sometimes cause problems with iPhones dues to a recent iOS update.
