hi I have a 1997 Mercedes s500 I just replaced the blowers resistor myself was fairly easy and simple blower is now working again but now the heat is only blowing from defrost vents and some from side vents I ran into a rubber tube while replacing the resistor on the under side of the plastic panel that covers the housing where the resistor is and did not know which direction to face It i couldn’t find anywhere that looked like it connected to other than that I Have no clue what it is any help??

First, please use punctuation in your posts. Really hard to figure out what you are asking without it.
Please take a picture of the hose you are taking about and post it. There are some things that attach to the intake air plenum, and others that are in the vicinity.

Vacuum issue. I've had the same problem in the past. Others here will be able to help you with the specifics, but definitely post pictures of the lines you're referring to.
