Hello I am new to this forum I would really appreciate any info that anyone can give me on this forum regarding my AMG GTS 2016 I recently blew the engine and I am looking for different options whether or not I should get my existing engine rebuilt or just replace the engine.

Depends on whether it has enough good parts to rebuild. If it has block damage then probably no, but a spun bearing sure.

Certainly rebuildable but I would guess it needs boring and re plating, or sleeving. The biggest hurdle in rebuilding will be finding someone to do it. If it were me, I would be looking for a used engine,

notice the casting, is that the under side of the valve ? Did it drop a valve do to valve train failure or did it kiss a piston do to over speed RPM.?
Will need more parts than a sleeve, piston, rings and bearings. Head if aluminum will need to be welded and machined if not replaced. Valve job on head if salvaged.
Valve train if also damaged
