What should be the color for the grill and bumpers? Black satin or black semigloss? The end cups of the bumpers, being plastic, are in the satin side....
Thank you for any info, i am painting this weekend

Mariano,

I used Flat Black for the rear bumper area and end caps as well as the mirror mounts and the gutter trim. I think it works very well. I'm thinking of using a Gloss Black for the grill, front bumper, end caps and headlight gaurds etc. The bug spatter seems easier to clean with semi-gloss than with flat black. I use a paint called Seymour MRO High Solids Industrial Protective Coating. The Flat Black 620-1433 is what I've used for the trim so far and it is outstanding paint. I've used this on the truck but also on many other farm related projects. I'm going to try their Gloss Black 620-1415 for the grill etc. If it looks wierd I'll just Flat Black it all like Harald's anti-bling campaign.

Iver 460, thanks. I added that little number to my data sheet. I only had the main paint number but no trim code info.
