Yeah, that roll bar is showing it's age as well. I just replaced mine with a new sportline one. This is as tight as the suspension I can handle.

That stud was the one I was most concerned with torquing. Set it a little under the spec. How many ft-lbs were you going for?
You're going to have to get creative with that one now....

Impact........I blame a week of 12 hour days at work.

I already just ordered a new control arm, just going to swap it.

Decided since the cars stuck for a week I'm going to actually do the entire rear end minus subframe mounts. All new control arms, adjustable camber arms and new bushings for the LCA in the back.

The two tie rods were pretty much gone and they all had just a bit too much play. I figured out the right install for the compression sleeves a tad late, but I can probably re-do those on the other arms rather quickly. For anyone tackling this I highly recommend pulling the parking brake shoes and getting the dust shield loose, makes everything on the hub 100x more accessible.

Tomorrow I'm going to drop the rear LCAs and be ready to swap bushings on those, they wont be here until Wednesday though. Once I'm done with this aside from the subframe every suspension component will have been replaced.

Success!!!!!! I think I’ve found my wander. Rear lower control arm outer bushing that connects it with the hub, both sides are total trash. I can’t believe it drove as well as it did.

If I knew how to post a video It’s amazing, just completely gone.

I did the proper thing and paid the $135 for the bushing extractor from FCP for these rear lower control arm bushings. I have to say it was 100% worth it, old out and new ones in in less than 20 mins. That said anyone who needs the tool let me know, happy to ship it out for a small donation.
