Best Wireless Adaptor for wireless Car Play/Android Auto in 2022 GLC 300 4matic

I just took delivery of a 2022 GLC 300 4matic and was stunned to find that it was not wireless Car Play/Android Auto. I'm seeing a ton of Adaptors and curious if there is any feedback or experiences that can be shared?
