Which of these 4 Winter tires is best for my SLK?

1- Pirelli Snowsport 210
2- Dunlop Snowsport M2
3- Michelin Pilot Alpin
4- Blizzak LM-22

I prefer the Dunlop, but it's about 50% more $ than the others. The Blizzak also seems great, but I hear that the Uni-T tread wears really quickly.
Re: LM-22 for snow & ice traction ... W210 Snow Sport for versatility

I have heard that the Yokohama Guardex 600's are a great tire. I know that they're not high performace, but they have technology similar to Uni-T which runs the full depth of the tread, so they last longer.

The disadvantage, I hear, is 'squiggle' and the Q rating. Given that I don't plan on driving agressively in the winter, would I be better off with LM-22's or the Guardex 600's? (or Guardex 720's, but in a 215)

cr651319-a.etob1.on.wave.home.com

Oh yeah, and what about wear on the LM-22's?

I hear that Blizzaks wear out quickly. How long will the effective outer compound last? I hear many stories that Blizzaks are a single-season snow tire.

CPE00AA00597162.cpe.net.cable.rogers.com
