cls gets an unfair advantage of being the brand spanking new model with the best of every other model thrown in it

For us old timers this whole ‘class’ thing is creepy – a rather silly pretense and affectation; a clear line of demarcation where DB/DCX went astray. Back in the day when proper MBs were being built, there were w108s, w115s, w123s and the like and only one true ‘Class.’ []
