Hey all, I just had my car in the shop for what I thought was broken motor mounts but turned out to be bad plug wires. I replaced the wires myself three years ago so I was a little surprised by that. He offered to get a set for me for about $150, but the Bosch's that I put in myself 3 years ago cost about $75 if I remember right. Is there that big of difference in quality? Anyone have experience with this?

Don't get bosch, they make horrible plug wires nowadays. Go find some Beru's. That price is a tiny bit high, but reasonable. Make sure you're getting Beru.

In addition to Dan's wisdom, I would add that I purchased a Mercedes OEM V8 wire set from the dealership. The set was about $145, fit perfectly, and carries a lifetime warranty.
