can you give a quick run down of what needs to be done for installl...looks good though...just get the chrome vent rings now...

Looks nice!! But I prefer the SE gauges much more. But I don't like how the SE gauges are backlit though, from what I've seen.

Don't really know what you mean about backlit, but my 05 500SE has very bright white figures with the headlights on. Also the SE's have white needles that illuminate with the lights on. The km/h are illuminated in red. And of course it has the chrome rings. Don't see how it could be any better. I really don't care for the white faces on the 55 gauges, especially at night! My 2 cents!!

That's the thing. White needle against white backlit figures. I like the soft amber glow the regular gauges have. Easier on the eyes for me.

it looks good on those gauges. I wonder why MB did not put them in there in the first place. Im sure they skimped on it in Alabama just to raise the profit margin. Shame shame shame.

3. Yeah, too bad they didn't put these on all the models. Fortunately, it was an easy upgrade.

4. I like the look of the chome handles too (the ones from the ML500) but it seems very complicated to do when you look at what's involved.
