Made a bunch of W140 collection clips, both of Japanese Yakuza movies and mainstream western films.

Here they are ... enjoy!

You know what I want to know?

What are a Japanese John Travolta from Saturday Night Fever and Kim Jong-Il doing in the back of a car? What evil plan could they be hatching?

Haven't seen the Clooney movie, but what an excellent example of durability -- what a tank! I think some airbags should have deployed, though, but that's Hollywood. Think I'll buy that movie just for that chase scene.

Didn't know much about 140's when I first saw the Cage and Chan movies. I'll have to put 'em in the player and watch again.

I was surprised the Japanese movies had LHD cars.

After watching these, it's amazing there are any 140's left to buy.

BTW, picked up my dad (81) from the airport today, and it was his first ride in our S320, and he doesn't really know any difference between the 123's, 124's, 126's, 140's, 201's, but the first thing he said once we got up to speed : this sure rides real smooth.

At 81 the mans mind is a steel trap. They certainly do ride well. Hopefully im still driving mine at 81, though thats in another 40-50 years :) May need to do a little maintenance between now and then... on myself and the car... hahaha

Yeah I made 5 movies last week in total, but i plan to make more... couldnt do them all at once... I actually went to this site.....

Internet Movie Car Database - W140

There I got the extensive list of W140 movies... I knew a few, like "Man on Fire" and the Yakuza films I had at home, but I wanted to get a broader collection together... Feel free to check out that site - it lists hundreds of films for the W140, but the site actually encompasses many car makes, so if you love other types or models, you can find them there too.
