As the owner of the infamous W140 S class (know for its problems) I have been somewhat cautious as to where I took my car. Another member of MBCA referred me to Benzin Motor Works for some air conditioning issues. I have used this company twice now and would like to say that if you are fortunate to live in or near Tulsa, Oklahoma you have access to what I deem to be one of the most qualified, honest and fair priced companies in the country.
Not only did they repair my air conditioning at a very reasonable cost, I received my car back washed and the interior cleaned.
You can visit their web site at www.benzinmotorworks.com

Mr. Kennedy - my recent experience was completely the opposite, unfortunately. The completely misdiagnosed a problem with my SLK32, refused to even work on the car (possibly because there was a warranty company involved), and charged me $110 to tell me that I should go elsewhere. I'm glad I did...went back to Jackie Cooper, who properly diagnosed the issues, replaced the proper parts quickly, worked seamlessly with my warranty company, and did so hassle-free.

Many people use the internet to evaluate service providers through sites such as Google, and I couldn't in good conscience let this post go unchallenged. A/C service is a commodity offering; supercharger and engine performance issues aren't. This is where they fell down for me.
