My car is Mercedes Benz w221 s-class (S 300 - 2011):

Sometime during I drive the car all the dashboard alarms lights getting on plus alarm tunes. In addition, during this fault, I still can drive the car normally but after I stopped and switch off the car will not start again (like car engine starter not start or main battery damage).
Therefore, I need to remove the main battery positive connector, and then reconnect back after one minute, and then the car will work normally.
Kindly could you support me how to solve this issue?

Whether it be MB dealer or independent, best to have stored codes erased and pull current codes using Xentry (MB diagnostics).

It sounds like you briefly lost all accessory power. Is any corrosion visible anywhere? Battery terminals, ground locations, positive terminals near battery, fuse boxes?

I check and I could not find any thing but electrical technicians may can find what is going wrong and why the car will start again without any issue when I remove the battery cable and return back
