It may just be the fact that I am cheep. The pulley on the belt tensioner is starting to get a little noisey. MB wants $240 for a new tensioner. It seems that it would be simple to just replace the pulley. Is there someone that makes an after market pulley?

Try AutohausAZ.com. They sell the pulleys and tensioners.

If it was me I would replace the tensioner. If it gives way while you are driving down the highway it could be very expensive. AutohausAZ is a great source.
