1990 300TE,

I was replacing the belt on my wagon and when I went to tighten up the belt, the bolt just turned in place. I had loosened the big bolt in front, so I wasn't worried about having broken the tensioning bolt.
I looked down into the tensioner and I saw that it had come out of the cam inside the unit. I guess the little circlip came loose and it popped out.
Is this common?
Where can I get an indicator dial. Mine is missing. I see the little "ramp" marking, but no plastic dial in front of it.

Thanks, man. I thought I would have to order a new tensioner, but I don't think the new tensioners even come with a new indicator dial. At least, it doesn't look like they do.
