So while i was driving on the highway I heard some weird sound from the engine bay, I was on a bridge, i decided to pull over once i get off the bridge but it didnt work out that well. the fan came out of its place and the belt broke and hit the radiator and broke it.
After getting all the parts(fan clutch, blade, radiator,...) i tried to put the new belt on but it didnt fit.
I'm sure im putting it on the right way cause ive done it many time...
This problem happened after i recharged my AC that i havent used in two years
could it be that the AC compressor is misaligned? or alternator?
any ideas?
Thanks

What fell off? Idler pulley? Maybe the tensioner failed?

Check the routing diagram with the EPC/manual just to be sure; no matter how many times you've done something, if something broke it's quite possible you might be routing it incorrectly without even realizing it.

The fan clutch with the blade fell off, the piece that connects the pulley with the fan clutch pulley bracket broke, I look at the diagram over and over and still the same.
the tensioner moves correctly

ooopss!!!
After trying everything i decided to go to advance auto parts and get a belt from there. the other belt that i got was from partsgeek.com
my brother tried the first belt and said its the same size as the other one that was on
the new belt from advance was the correct size
everything is working properly now :)
thanks everyone for trying to help :)
