My 84 380se stock Becker was working a couple of hours ago, no problems whatsoever. Then I went to drive home, pressed the ON switch and the radio lights lit up, I heard a click (through the speakers) then the lights went off, all except for the time which is still functioning correctly.

Is this a fuse issue? Or has the antenna stopped working?

When you say "the lights went off, all except the time which is still functioning correctly," what lights and time are you referring to? I'm not aware of a Becker radio with a clock in it. You can see if the antenna raises and lowers. If you are talking about the instrument lighting, that is a separate fuse. I did not check the circuit diagram for your car, but check all the fuses first. If you have an aftermarket radio, it's anyone's guess what's wrong.

Hey Dave,

Its a normal becker which came with the car. My becker definitely has a clock, and its working even when the radio doesn't.

And yes it is the becker radio lights which come on for a second then turn off.

My antenna isn't going up either, its in the down position.

Maybe the fuse in your "switched"power cable is out.
the constant powercable for the clock might still have juice since it's another circuit......
