Before I installed my bracket I decided to create a model of it in case this helps anyone else.

Attached is a DXF that could be sent to a cutting/bending service such as sendcutsend.com. Remove ".txt" from the filename. The units in the file are millimetres. The stock is 1mm aluminum.

Here are the contents of the DXF:

The bends are color coded. I am not sure when sending to a website if they are positive or negative but this is what my design software says:

Red = 80 degrees bend up
Orange = 90 degrees bend up
Green = 90 degrees bend down
Purple = 20 degrees bend down

I would suggest you send the render of the model to make sure they will bend it the way you expect.

Verification of the real bracket against a 1:1 scale printout:

Notice on the last image above the nearest side has a thin bent strip riveted on, this is for clipping the amp into place. I've left that off my model which is focused on cutting and bending. I'm sure someone can work out how to make that part by hand - but it's beyond me.

Original bracket installed:

Also attached is a PDF of the unbent part. Print as US Letter with no scaling.

Note - I have not made a bracket from these files - use at your own risk!

Andy

Show us the Amp - play us some tunes
Many thanks for sending me the bracket! I am currently working on extending the speaker wires so they will reach. Andy
